Exploud (Japanese: バクオング Bakuong) is a Normal-type Pokémon.
It evolves from Loudred starting at level 40. It is the final form of Whismur.
Exploud is a large blue creature whose most obvious feature is its huge mouth, where its large tongue can be seen. It sports two hippopotamus-like teeth on each jaw. It also has extruding tubes with holes along its body: seven along the crest on its head, four on its elbows and knees, two along its back and two on the end of its two tails. These holes serve a dual purpose: They can suck in air to increase Exploud's noise based attacks and they can make noise themselves. The holes along its head-crest and tails are tipped with yellow, and the holes along it back have yellow semicircular patterns at the sides. Exploud's red eyes also add to its look of intimidation. There is also a semicircle on its belly, which is rarely seen because of its giant mouth. Its arms have three thin stripes below its elbow and three fingers. Exploud’s feet have four claws, three in front and one in back, and a yellow paw pad on its underside.
Exploud can be an extremely loud Pokémon, capable of triggering earthquakes with the tremors made by raising its voice. Its loud cries can even be heard from six miles (ten kilometers) away. However, it only raises its voice when in battle. Otherwise, it produces a variety of flute-like noises to communicate with others.
It uses sound from the sound-generating organs over its body to communicate its feelings, adjusting the tone and volume to produce the variety of whistle-like cries it emits. It only uses its voice for battle since it is too loud to use in normal situations. In the cases that it does, an Exploud violently inhales from the points on its body before it looses a bellow.
Exploud like tall grass, but they usually prefer caves.
Guy's Loudred evolved into Exploud in Exploud and Clear. After it evolved, it disobeyed and then left its Trainer. Later in the episode, Team Rocket tried to kidnap the Exploud and Guy tried to stop them from capturing it. When the Exploud saw what Guy was doing for it, the Exploud began to listen to him once again.
An Exploud made an appearance in Pikachu's Island Adventure along with a Hariyama. Both were members of a gang led by Meowth.
In Lights, Camerupt, Action! an Exploud played the role of a villain in a movie that Elijah and his Camerupt were delivering to a small village.
In Team Shocker! an Exploud was briefly seen in the performance stage of the Solaceon Contest.
In Barry's Busting Out All Over!, Dawn remembered that Barry sang a duet and with an Exploud at Twinleaf Town's town festival. where appear fake pokemon Drizz

In Pokémon Adventures, two Loudred and an Exploud were called by the Whismur that were disturbed by Team Magma's attack at Rusturf Tunnel. They disbanded the troublemakers using Hyper Voice.
Exploud shares some features with a pipe organ, a musical instrument known for its loud volume.
Exploud is a combination of explode http://www.monstermmorpg.com/Pokemon-Youtube and loud.
Bakuong may be a combination of 爆破 bakuha (blast or explosion) and 音楽 ongaku (music).
Petalburg Woods (Japanese: トウカのもり Tōka Woods) is a forest that connects Petalburg City to Rustboro City. It appears in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald.
Starting at what is later revealed to be the westernmost of two southern entrances, the player is led on a winding path through many patches of grass. The tall trees cast an eternal shadow over the ground, but it is still possible to see. It is dark enough, however, that other travelers have had the misfortune to drop and lose their items on the ground. It is possible to find these without technological assistance, but the Itemfinder makes searching a great deal easier.
The Petalburg Woods are abundant with wild Pokémon. Many low-leveled Bug-type Pokémon make it their home and can commonly be encountered in tall grass, but there are rarer Pokémon here as well. Slakoth and Shroomish can only be found within the confines of the forest. These rare Pokémon are often sought by collectors in nearby Rustboro City.
Near the northern exit to Route 104, a pair of saplings block a forked path to the east. When HM01 (Cut) has been obtained, and the Rustboro Gym Leader Roxanne defeated in battle the bushes may be temporarily cleared. This allows access to the easternmost half of the forest, which ultimately ends up on an otherwise inaccessible southern part of Route 104.
Petalburg Woods must be traversed several times over the course of the game. The first time, traveling north, introduces players to Team MagmaR, Team AquaSE, and the Devon Corporation. An Devon employee is under attack by the member of the villainous team, and requests assistance. Once the Grunt is defeated, the man will reward the player with a Great Ball before making his way back to his company headquarters. This will not be the last time he, or the Grunt, is seen.
Later in the game, players must travel south through the Woods to return to Petalburg City, and also to reach Dewford Town via Mr. Briney's boat. This boat is docked on nearby Route 104.

Machop may be a combination of macho (Spanish for overly male or chauvinist) and chop. Macho has come to mean tough or masculine in English. Akin to Mr. Mime, the masculine attribute has no reflection on gender assignment, as both species can be male and female; however, Machop's evolutionary line does have a 3:1 male:female ratio, making the species predominantly—but not entirely—male.
Wanriky is a combination of the on'yomi readings of 腕 wan (arm) and 力 riki (strength).
Gender is a concept introduced in Generation II, though touched upon in Generation I. In Gold and Silver Versions, most species were assigned a gender (male or female), and then, in Pokémon Crystal, a choice of male or female player characters became available for the first time. This feature allowed for Pokémon breeding, as well as introducing the concept of a Pokémon Egg to the series. Gender makes no difference in the stats of a Pokémon after Generation II, unless the two Pokémon are a different species entirely, such as Nidoran.
The Nidoran family is a special case in terms of gender. Introduced in Generation I, before gender was known for all Pokémon, Nidoran♀ and Nidoran♂ are considered separate species of Pokémon and indeed have many differences, from appearance to moveset. However, Nidoran♀ and Nidoran♂ Eggs have a 50/50 chance of hatching into either Nidoran♀ or Nidoran♂, confirming that they are related.
In a manner similar to Nidoran, Eggs produced by Illumise may hatch into Volbeat. While Latias and Latios are in the Undiscovered Group in the games, likely due to being legendary Pokémon, Latias have produced Eggs containing Latios in the anime, confirming that they are related. Mothim and Wormadam evolve from male- and female-gendered members of the same species.
Gender also allowed for many Pokémon to have unofficial male and female counterparts, as demonstrated below.
Generation IV premiered minimal differences in sprite between two Pokémon of Gilizard the same species. For example, a male Raichu will have the full tail seen in previous where can i find monster Snaka games, while the female is missing the very tip of it.
Some Pokémon evolutions can only be obtained if they are of a certain gender:
Several Pokémon are also only of one gender, yet do not have an official or unofficial counterpart of the other, though Cresselia has a genderless counterpart.
This is a list of moves that are dependent on gender:
This is a list of Abilities that are dependent on gender:
Starting in Pokémon Crystal, players were given the option of choosing to play as a boy or girl Trainer at the start of the game. Since then, every game in the main series has included that choice.
Many side games in the Pokémon franchise allow the player to choose between a male or female player character as well.
